1 Acceptance of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the mk999 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and the individual using it ("User", "you"). By registering an account on mk999, accessing the platform, or using any of its services, you are fully accepting these Terms. 3 Account Registration

Registration must be completed in order to actively use an account on mk999. Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory. Each individual may manage only one account. If multiple accounts are found, they may be confiscated and the associated balances and bonuses will be considered void.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

5 Account Closure & Suspension

• If money laundering or other illegal financial activity is suspected
• If incorrect or false information is provided
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team.

6 Deposits

The following payment methods are currently accepted on mk999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

Deposited funds will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the name of the primary account holder. Funds deposited through a third party may be returned and the associated account may be subject to investigation.

7 Withdrawals

The following rules apply when withdrawing funds from mk999:

Withdrawal requests are only accepted from verified accounts. If verification is pending during the withdrawal process, the request may be delayed. mk999 may request additional verification for unusual transactions.

8 Welcome Bonus

Users making their first deposit on mk999 may receive a 200% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

• Deposit ৳6,000 → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳11,000

9 General Bonus Terms & Conditions

The following general terms and conditions apply to any bonus or promotional offer on mk999:

• A bonus is applicable only once per account.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same IP address, device, payment account, or household are not permitted.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after the bonus is awarded.
• Winnings earned using a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

10 VIP Program

mk999's VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your overall gaming activity. mk999 reserves the right to change the criteria, benefits, or terms of VIP tiers.

11 Fair Play Policy & Prohibited Activities

mk999 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to penalty:

• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system
• Using any software, bots, or automated tools
• Artificially attempting to fulfil wagering requirements (e.g., low-risk betting strategies)
• Conducting fraudulent transactions
• Attempting to harm mk999's reputation or other users

If such activities are detected, the associated account will be immediately suspended and bonuses and winnings earned may be forfeited.
